Shipping & Costs
What are the delivery times and costs?
Orders received before midday Monday to Friday will be
processed and dispatched the same day via express courier service, with tracked delivery
in 1-2 business days.
Free UK express shipping for orders over £50.
£7.95 for orders under £50.
Orders received after midday or at weekends will be processed the following working day.
For orders requiring shipment to Northern Ireland, please contact us at orders@petershamnurseries.com and we will provide a quote.
Which courier will deliver my products?
Orders will be shipped using DPD Next Day Delivery service.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We do not currently offer international shipping as standard.
Please contact us at orders@petershamnureseries.com with any international shipping requests and we will be happy to provide a quote on available products.
Which payment methods can I use online?
You will be able to pay by Debit card, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.
Can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will be notified by DPD and will be able to track your parcel.
Can I exchange my order?

What steps do you take to operate sustainably?
We are continually striving to work in a sustainable and planet friendly way, these are just a few of the ways we work to achieve this:
All of our deliveries to you within the UK are carbon neutral with our preferred courier, DPD.
We protect your items with FSC and PEFC certified shredded paper, hive wrap or starch based 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable loose fill chips and our packaging suppliers are carbon neutral certified.

Yes, you can. You are allowed to use your voucher until exhaustion of its value.
